About ES Review
ES REVIEW. SPANISH JOURNAL OF ENGLISH STUDIES, successor to ES (1971-1983) and ES. Revista de Filología Inglesa (1990-2016), is a blind, peer-reviewed academic journal, published by the Department of English at the University of Valladolid.
The journal is broadly dedicated to the field of English Studies and annually publishes scholarly essays and book reviews on all matters pertinent to the critical study of the English language and literature(s). Comprehensive in scope, ES Review, however, seeks to advance knowledge and disseminate research findings in the particular area of the linguistic, literary and cultural connections between Spain and the English-speaking world.
ES Review is an online open access (OA) journal. Its contributions are fully accessible through its official website, as well as through the MLA International Bibliography, Literature Online, and Dialnet repositories.
